The Bruins-Capitals season opener on Thursday, Oct. 1 is being televised by Versus. However, Versus has been unavailable to DirecTV subscribers since Sept. 1 due to a carriage dispute. Because of this, the Bruins-Capitals game is not available to DirecTV subscribers.
