Ray Allen is all about the spirit of Thanksgiving. That's why he's donating his time to families from Boston's Center for Youth & Families this year.

The All-Star guard will be providing a Thanksgiving meal for 275 families that have been pre-selected by the Boston Center for Youth & Families, and his Ray of Hope Foundation — with the help of Costco Wholesale, Vitamin Water and American Express — will serve all the families a full Thanksgiving dinner.

The families will be provided with a non-cooked meal, including a turkey, gravy, stuffing, cranberry sauce, russet potatoes, salad, green beans, dinner rolls and pumpkin pie — on Tuesday, Nov. 24, at the Shelburne Community Center.

The Shelburne Community Center is one of 46 facilities managed by Boston Centers for Youth & Families, the city of Boston's largest youth and human service agency.
