Six Celtics Land on All-Star Ballot
Just in case it isn't known by now, the 2010 NBA All-Star Game at the new Cowboys Stadium in Arlington may just prove how insanely deep this Celtics team is.
Also landing on the ballot are Ray Allen, Rajon Rondo, Paul Pierce and Kevin Garnett.
The exhibition contest is expected to draw 80,000 fans in the new state-of-the-art football stadium on Sunday, Feb. 14, making it the largest group ever to see a live basketball game in the world. Balloting will continue through Jan. 18.
Pierce is currently tied for ninth in the East in scoring with 20.0 points per game while Rondo leads the conference with 9.0 assists per game. Garnett ranks 14th in the conference with 8.3 rebounds per game while swatting away 1.4 blocks per game, which places him 13th in the East in that category.
