Unusual Pictures of Sammy Sosa Taken at Latin Grammy Awards
Some shocking pictures of former slugger Sammy Sosa surfaced after the former Chicago Cubs star was seen at the Latin Grammy Awards.
Former Chicago Cubs employee Rebecca Polihronis, who talks frequently with Sosa, told the Chicago Tribune that Sosa "is going through a rejuvenation process for his skin."
Sosa played 18 seasons in the majors, hitting .273 with 609 career home run and 1,667 RBIs. He led the league in home runs in 2000 and 2002, and in RBIs in 1998 and 2001.
The 1998 NL MVP and seven-time All-Star has been tied to steroid allegations in recent years, including a memorable visit in front of Congress.
