Forward Kevin Garnett leaped one hurdle by completing his first full game on Friday night after being shelved with a knee injury.

On Sunday, the Big Ticket passed another big test as he felt no soreness in his first practice since returning to the hardwood.

"It's good to have Kevin back, but more importantly, it's good to see him feeling better after a game where we went into OT," Celtics coach Doc Rivers told ESPNBoston.com. "Someone asked me about the minutes [Friday], but this is something totally different than last year [when Garnett needed knee surgery and had his season ended early]. We're really not concerned about the minutes, our concern, minute-wise, was his conditioning."

The C's captain is happy to see his all-star forward back in the fold.

"It'll be nice to get everybody back into it," Paul Pierce added. "We've played pretty much the whole season without a healthy [roster]. We'll get everybody back and get rolling. It's a long NBA season."
