It's not the first time Stoudemire's name has been thrown about the rumor mill. Last season, it was widely believed that he would be on the move, but the Suns never pulled the trigger. On the day of the trading deadline, Stoudemire suffered an eye injury that sidelined him for the rest of the season.
Yahoo lists the Philadelphia 76ers, Chicago Bulls, Miami Heat, New Jersey Nets, Golden State Warriors and Cleveland Cavaliers as potential landing spots for Stoudemire, provided one of those teams can wow Phoenix GM Steve Kerr.
This season, Stoudemire is averaging 20.9 points and 8.6 rebounds per contest, which is around his career average. He's played in all 45 games this year, though he has missed significant playing time in his career with the eye injury and knee problems.
