Clay Buchholz Makes Acting Debut on Comedy Central's 'Tosh.O' Clay Buchholz displayed his pitching talents on a new stage this week.

According to The Boston Globe, Buchholz made his television debut on Comedy Central's Tosh.O on Wednesday.

Buchholz portrayed a pitcher facing off against comedian Daniel Tosh. The Red Sox right-hander enjoyed making the skit.

"It was fun," Buchholz told the Globe. "It wasn't like I had to do much acting. I just had to throw a few pitches."

The 25-year-old also will appear in a SportsCenter commercial for ESPN that will reportedly air around Opening Day.
