The Celtics have been far from perfect at home this year, causing plenty of fans to yearn for the good old days of superiority here in the Hub. Luckily, those good old days are just what the C’s had in mind.

As part of a new interactive social-media program, fans will now be able to send in their favorite Celtics memories. By submitting an essay, photo or video via Celtics.com/moments, fans have the opportunity to share their favorite "Banner Moment" with the Celtics all the way from Bob Cousy to Kevin Garnett.

After gathering hundreds of moments from current season ticketholders, 10 have been selected and posted on the Web site to be voted on. The author of the moment that receives the most votes will be recognized on Fan Appreciation Night on April 14 when the Celtics battle the Bucks and will sit in a private suite for a playoff game.

Fans can use Facebook and Twitter to interact with the Banner Moments program or go directly to Celtics.com. Voting on the top moment already posted closes Tuesday, April 13.
