Carl Edwards knows what it takes to win at Gateway International Raceway.

On Saturday, the two-time champion of the Missouri-Illinois Dodge Dealers 250 will get yet another crack at taking home the title.

The race will be Edwards’ seventh career start at Gateway. In addition to his two victories, Edwards has two other top-five finishes.

"It's a very unique and fun track," Edwards said. "It would mean a lot to me and the whole team to get them in victory lane."

Edwards will be driving the No. 60 Aflac Ford Fusion for Roush Fenway Racing.

"The uniqueness of two completely different ends of the race track makes Gateway a fun place to race," crew chief Drew Blickensderfer said. "Gateway has the speeds of a speedway and corners that you need to drive like a short track."
