At one point in his career, Bulls center Joakim Noah used to look up to Kevin Garnett. Now, he has nothing but bad things to say about the Celtics forward.

Noah went from wearing Garnett’s jersey to most likely burning it.

The feud started during last season's playoffs when Garnett threw an elbow at Quentin Richardson, who was playing for the Heat. Noah chimed in at that time, calling Garnett a "dirty player."

On Wednesday, Noah was a guest on The Waddle and Silvy Show on ESPN 1000 where he proclaimed to the NBA world that he can’t stand Garnett.

"Kevin Garnett will not — will not — get a Christmas gift from me," Noah said. "I don't like him."

The most recent encounter between the two players was Friday night when Noah received a technical foul while playing the Celtics at the Garden. Noah didn't hold back about his feelings on Garnett following the matchup.

"He's a very mean guy," Noah said Wednesday. "Where's the love? None at all. Ugly, too."

But there was a time when Noah appreciated Garnett and actually admired him for his successful career in the NBA. That was before he enter the league and when he didn't have to face him on the court.

"I had his poster in my room," Noah said. "I used to wear his jersey. And the truth is my rookie year, I was in admiration of this guy, and he kind of shut me down.

"And he was very mean to me my rookie year. And he's only mean to the young guys and the [European players], for some reason. I don't know why, but that's who he doesn't like. He's not nice. I talk a lot of trash out there, but c'mon, be a little sensitive. Be sweet."

All we can do now is wait and see if Garnett is 'mean' to Noah when the Bulls come to Boston Dec. 3.
