Sabres Goaltender Ryan Miller Proposes to Girlfriend, Actress Noureen DeWulf

Sabres goaltender Ryan Miller recently surprised his girlfriend, actress Noureen DeWulf, with an extra-special holiday gift.

According to WIVB.com, the star netminder popped the question over the weekend. Miller said the couple was hoping to keep the news private for a while, but they are “very happy” about their engagement.

“I’m definitely happy,” Miller told WIVB. “Noureen and I got engaged and we can talk about it a little later. As far as everything coming out, I’m a little surprised everything got put out that quick. We’re happy, excited, I think she is an awesome person.”

DeWulf is best known for her roles in the The Back-Up Plan and Ghosts of Girlfriends Past. She has also appeared on the popular television show Reno 911! The actress was listed in Maxim Magazine’s Hot 100 in 2007.

The couple publicly announced their relationship in February of 2010.
