Greg Campbell's Quick Thinking in Front of Ryan Miller Leads to Captain Morgan Goal of the Week Honors

It takes some quick thinking to get the puck past Ryan Miller.

It took a combined effort from Shawn Thornton, Blake Wheeler and Gregory Campbell, but the quick passing amongst the B's fourth line resulted in Campbell earning his first Captain Morgan's Goal of the Week award.

After Thornton disrupted a pass by the Sabres at center ice, the grinder dug the puck out of the corner and away from the Buffalo defense to find Wheeler in the faceoff circle. A quick tap to Campbell in the slot caught Miller off guard, and Campbell ripped the puck into the upper right corner of the net to earn the B's a 2-1 lead in the second period.

Campbell beat out Mark Recchi and Patrice Bergeron for the honor from Captain Morgan.

Check out his goal in the video above.
