Kevin Garnett Reportedly References Osama Bin Laden in Refusing Lakers Ball Boy's Autograph Request Kevin Garnett is caught up in another trash talking controversy.

With the dust finally settling on his "cancerous" remarks toward Charlie Villanueva, Garnett has ticked off a whole new faction of folks for reportedly inserting an offhanded Osama Bin Laden reference.

After the Celtics beat the Lakers in Los Angeles on Sunday, Garnett was asked for his autograph by a Lakers ball boy. After playing 32 minutes in which he grabbed 13 rebounds, scored 18 points and sustained one bloody cut on the top of his head, Garnett was spent. So much so, in fact, that according to ESPN.com's J.A. Adande and Yahoo's Marc J. Spears, Garnett told the ball boy, "You've got a better chance of catching Bin Laden."

The reporters originally posted the quote on their Twitter accounts, but both have deleted the postings.

The statement might be less offensive than the words Villanueva accused Garnett of saying back in November, but it still has people a bit up in arms.

If Kevin Garnett told a ball boy he had a "better chance of catching Bin Laden" than getting his autograph, was it wrong?Market Research
