Kendrick Perkins, Kevin Garnett Match Up With Depleted Bobcats Frontcourt

The Celtics have already handily beaten the Charlotte Bobcats twice this season without their starting five fully intact. Now we'll see what a fully-loaded C's lineup is capable of.

Kendrick Perkins will take the floor in Charlotte on Monday night for his third start this season and eighth game overall. Next to Kevin Garnett, Perk will take on the Bobcats' front line of Kwame Brown and Boris Diaw.

The C's have already bested Charlotte twice this year, once with Semih Erden starting at center and once with Shaquille O'Neal. But with Perk back in the fold, this should be their strongest effort yet against the Bobcats, especially defensively.

The Bobcats, meanwhile, have been significantly weakened up front by injuries. DeSagana Diop is out for the season with a ruptured Achilles, while Tyrus Thomas underwent knee surgery last month and will be out for a while. Beyond Brown and Diaw, the Bobcats are seriously lacking depth.

Here's the lineup card for C's-Bobcats:

Celtics
Rajon Rondo, PG
Ray Allen, SG
Paul Pierce, SF
Kevin Garnett, PF
Kendrick Perkins, C

Bobcats
D.J. Augustin, PG
Stephen Jackson, SG
Gerald Wallace, SF
Boris Diaw, PF
Kwame Brown, C
