ITroy Polamalu Says He Admires Rodney Harrison More Than Any Other Safetyt was Troy Polamalu's second NFL season when his 15-1 Steelers lost at home to the Patriots in the AFC Championship Game, a 41-27 outcome that featured an 87-yard interception return by Rodney Harrison for a touchdown. On the play, Harrison slowed down as he approached the end zone so that Mike Vrabel could level quarterback Ben Roethlisberger.

That day, Polamalu probably didn't like Harrison all that much.

Yet, six years later, the NFL's Defensive Player of the Year spoke rather highly of the former Patriot.

"Troy Polamalu says the safety he admires most is Rodney Harrison, [especially] during his Patriots days," reported New York Newsday's Bob Glauber from Dallas.

It just might be the nicest thing a Steeler has ever said about a Patriot.
