Jets special teams coach Mike Westhoff reached out to the devil Tuesday in the hopes of making a deal.

Westhoff was appearing as a motivational speaker at a Daytop, N.J. drug and alcohol treatment program for adolescents when he brought up his rivals to the northeast.

When speaking about the Patriots, Westhoff said, "I'd rather beat [them] than maybe go to Heaven," according to The Star-Ledger.

Westhoff, you may remember, made comments last season accusing the Patriots of forming a wall on the sidelines to block special teamers from running out of bounds. The NFL later fined the Jets $100,000, both for Westhoff's comments and Sal Alosi's sideline tripping incident.

The NFL probably won't be fining Westhoff for this comment, but he might have someone else to repay later on.
