The official Beanpot came and went a few months ago, but as the seasons change, so do sports.

The Boston College Eagles recently defeated the Harvard Crimson at Fenway Park in the "Baseball Beanpot" which featured the two local clubs.

Eagles senior infielder Brad Zapenas said the team always looks forward to playing on the same field as the pros, and the win will definitely help boost their confidence for BC's upcoming schedule.

"Coming here, it excites us, it gets our spirits up to play here where the major leaguers play," Zapenas said. "Especially to win, this will get our momentum going."
