Clay Buchholz will not make his scheduled start on Sunday due to a stomach flu and Tim Wakefield will start in his place. The 44-year-old knuckleballer’s versatility always seems to play a big role for the Red Sox, and this season may be no different.

The bullpen has struggled a bit at times this season, as has the Red Sox’ offense with runners in scoring position, which has resulted in the Sox coming up short in some one-run games.

Michael Vega of the Boston Globe discusses this trend, as well Terry Francona‘s decision to keep Mike Cameron out of the lineup on Saturday after his big game on Friday on Red Sox First Pitch.
