Perhaps you've seen some of Keenan Cahill's work before. The 16-year-old, who suffers from Maroteaux Lamy Syndrome, posts videos frequently to his YouTube account of him lip-syncing some of pop music's biggest hits.

He's got another hit out now, and this time, he's got the help of some San Francisco Giants.

The San Francisco Chronicle points out that Cahill's newest video, a lip-synching of "Dynamite" by Taio Cruz, has some guest cameos from San Francisco Giants closer Brian Wilson, outfielder Cody Ross, as well as the team's mascot, Lou Seal.

Cahill's struggles with Maroteaux Lamy Syndrome — also known as MPS, type 6 — were recently documented by The Chicago Tribune. Only 1,000 people or so suffer from the disease that stunts growth, the explanation for the fact that Cahill is only 4-foot-1 at age 16.

The disease, which can also lead to a shortened lifespan, hasn't slowed Cahill down in his YouTube video production, as he has north of 378,000 subscribers, a number surely aided by another cameo from 50 Cent.

On May 25, though, the Giants will host a "Cody and Keenan" Social Media Fundraiser night at AT&T Park to raise money for "causes dear to both Cody and Keenan."

Fans will receive a commemorative T-shirt, and will be treated to the aforementioned video in its entirety. To see the awesome production, check out the video below.
