If you’ve got tickets to this weekend’s Red Sox-Cubs series, be thankful because you’re in luck. Not only that, there are a lot of people willing to pay good money to get their hands on one of those tickets.

According to SeatGeek.com, a website specializing in analyzing secondary ticket markets, tickets for the Cubs’ first trip to Fenway Park since the 1918 World Series, are in high demand. Tickets for the series have a higher demand than any other games during the first week of interleague play, including tickets for the Yankees-Mets series.

Not only are tickets for the games with the Cubs the most popular in baseball this weekend, they’re also some of the most popular tickets of any Red Sox games this season. The only games with higher demand (in regards to average ticket price on the secondary market) are games from the season’s opening homestand against the Yankees.

In fact, the average price for tickets to Saturday and Sunday’s games this weekend are higher than the April 10 game against the Yankees.
