NESN.com Bruins reporter Douglas Flynn told FoxSportsFlorida.com in an "Across Enemy Lines" feature that Seguin showed more than just a scoring prowess, as he displayed a well-rounded game. Still, Flynn said, it'd be impossible for him to maintain his six-points-in-three-games-pace.
"The growing pains Seguin experienced during the regular season do point to a need to temper expectations going forward," Flynn said. "Seguin shouldn't be expected to put up multiple-point games every night. He's likely going to hit some rough patches still, and there will be some rookie mistakes and defensive lapses as there were early in Game 1. But his performance so far has certainly shown he deserves to stay in the lineup even when Patrice Bergeron returns, and he will at the minimum continue to demand attention from Tampa defenders whenever he is on the ice."
