Duke’s Kyle Singler Could Warrant Some Attention From Celtics Come Draft Time

Kyler Singler does not have one outstanding aspect to his game. Instead, he's a well-rounded basketball player who led Duke to a national championship in 2010.

In four years for the Blue Devils, the Medford, Ore., native averaged 16.2 points per game and 6.8 rebounds.

Of course better known for his outstanding career at Duke, the recent owner of some of the best trickshots around is staying on this year's NBA draft radar. The draft will be held in Newark, N.J., on June 23.

For Celtics fans, the next "Kyle Gets Buckets" video may have the TD Garden as the main stage.

Singler, listed at 6-foot-9, is pegged as a late first-round/early second-round pick in this year's draft. With the Celtics looking for a solid rebounder, Singler should warrant some attention if he's still available at pick No. 25.
