The man that prosecutors believe to be the main aggressor in the assault of Giants fan Bryan Stow was ordered to go back to prison Monday for violations of his parole, according to the LA Times.

Giovanni Ramirez, 31, will serve 10 months in prison for being a felon with access to a weapon, a violation of his parole. Deputy commissioner Ali Zarrinnam gave the ruling on Monday afternoon.

Ramirez has been in custody of LAPD since May 22 after L.A. police chief Charlie Beck identified him as the prime suspect in the assault of Stow outside Dodger Stadium on March 31.

No charges have been filed against Ramirez in the case, but a blood-stained jersey found at an L.A. cleaners has provided investigators with DNA evidence. Law enforcement officials have not publicly stated that the blood on the jersey is a DNA match to Ramirez or Stow, however.
