Eli Manning is a Pro Bowler, a Super Bowl champion and a Super Bowl MVP. And, now, he apparently believes he's on Tom Brady's level.

Manning appeared on The Michael Kay Show on ESPN New York 1050 on Tuesday night and said that he considers himself to be a top quarterback who belongs in the same class as Brady.

"I consider myself in that class and Tom Brady is a great quarterback, he's a great player and what you've seen with him is he's gotten better every year, and he started off winning championships and I think he's a better quarterback now than what he was, in all honesty, when he was winning those championships," Manning said, according to ESPN.com.

Manning went on to say that he hopes to accomplish what Brady has in terms of continuing to get better. He said that he hopes the next seven years of his career are his best.

Manning has thrown for over 4,000 yards in each of the past two seasons. But he also threw 25 interceptions in 2010, which was a league high.
