Lions’ Ndamukong Suh Throws Punch at Logan Mankins During Preseason Game, Doesn’t Receive Penalty (Video)

Lions defensive tackle Ndamukong Suh showed a bit of a mean streak upon entering the NFL last season. And after taking the NFL by storm during his Rookie of the Year campaign, he's back at it again — even though the regular season hasn't even begun yet.

Suh, who was fined $20,000 for a hit on Cincinnati Bengals quarterback Andy Dalton in the Lions' preseason opener, threw an open-handed punch at Patriots guard Logan Mankins during the teams' preseason matchup in Detroit on Saturday.

Suh was fined last season for a hit he delivered on Bears quarterback Jay Cutler during the regular season and for a hit he delivered on Browns quarterback Jake Delhomme during the preseason.

At least Suh's attack on Mankins pits two guys of comparable size up against each other, as each is listed around 6-foot-4 and 310 pounds. Then again, the incident came after Suh shoved Tom Brady to the ground.

Suh wasn't penalized for the brief scrum with Mankins and hasn't been fined. But if he continues to play as aggressively as he has, it might not be long before he gets another call from the league office.

Check out Saturday's incident in the video below.
