As long as there’s football, there will always be a “clean or dirty” debate.

On Thursday night in Tampa Bay, Patriots fans were introduced to the argument early as Danny Woodhead was nearly beheaded by a Devin Holland blindside hit during a punt return in the Patriots second preseason win.

But was the hit clean? Woodhead, who didn’t see Holland coming, took the hit very high — after all, the Pats rusher stands in at 5-foot-7.
