When the NBA resumes, Kevin Garnett's thumbs will most certainly be in game shape.

The Celtics forward was spotted along with other NBA players at a Call of Duty fan experience expo in Los Angeles this weekend, where they played the war-based video game alongside military sevicemen, according to the Celtics blog Red's Army.

Chris Bosh, Kevin Love and Russell Westbrook also attended the event, which was the first of its kind.

Westbrook and Garnett each led a team of military servicemen, as well as others in attendance, in what's being described as the ultimate pros versus GI Joes Call of Duty grudge match.

The event was held as part of a promotional campaign related to the release of Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3.
