‘Things That Might Annoy a Yankee Fan’ Include Buying ‘2004’ Jewlery, Teaching Kids ‘Meet the Mets’ (Video)

Bummed about the recent slump the Red Sox are struggling through? Maybe some Yankee-bashing will cheer you up.

Two Red Sox fans wrote a book about “Things That Might Annoy a Yankee Fan” and are performing a live show of their act on Friday night in Boston.

Paul Nardizzi and Dave Barend are the authors of a book along with accompanying illustrations full of ideas to get under the skin of Yankees fans.

The book includes suggestions such as buying a Yankees fan a “2004” choker necklace or teaching his kids to sing “Meet the Mets.”

Some samples from the book are available on the book’s website and Nardizzi and Barend also appeared on Fox 25 Boston earlier this year. Video of their appearance is below, courtesy MyFoxBoston.com.
