Former world No. 1 Andy Roddick lost in the first round of the China Open in Beijing and had some choice words for one reporter in the post-match news conference.

Roddick, currently ranked No. 14 in the world, lost to Kevin Anderson of South Africa 6-4, 7-5 on Monday, highlighted by an angry outburst on the court.

Things didn't get much better for Roddick, 29, when he was asked by a reporter after the match if he was contemplating retirement. After thinking about how to answer the question for a few seconds, Roddick responded by saying, "I think that you should retire," and left the room.
