Bruins Receive Stanley Cup Rings Featuring Plenty of Diamonds (Photo) The Bruins will raise their Stanley Cup champions banner on Thursday as part of their Opening Night ceremonies, and on Tuesday, the B’s got their championship bling.

The B’s handed out their Stanley Cup champion rings — all 505 of them — on Tuesday night as part of the team’s championship dinner at the Boston Harbor Hotel.

The ring’s crest features diamond-set images of both the Bruins “B” and a silouhette of the Stanley Cup. Those images are set against a 14-karat white gold backround with six diamonds on the ring’s crest representing the B’s six Stanley Cup titles.

On one side of the ring, the player’s last name and jersey number sit atop a black background. Also on the side is the image of the Bruins’ bear logo surrounded by six stones which signify the franchise’s standing as an Original Six franchise.

On the other side of the ring, a diamond-studded Cup is featured as well, framed by “2011” in gold and diamonds.

Finally, the inside of the ring has been engraved with “FULL 60+ TO HISTORY,” representing the team’s playoff slogan. Additionally, the the league logo and the logos of the opponents and the series scores of the Bruins’ four series are also featured.
