East Carolina quarterback Dominique Davis shattered the record for most consecutive completions over multiple games Saturday. By completing 26 of 26 passes in the first half against Navy, Davis had 36 straight completions over two games.

The previous record was 24, set by California's Aaron Rodgers in 2004.

With his 26 consecutive completions in the first half, Davis also broke the single-game consecutive completion record of 23, set by Rodgers and Tennessee's Tee Martin in 1998.

Davis would finish Saturday's game 40-45 for 372 yards and a pair of touchdowns en route to a 38-35 East Carolina victory.
