Jimmy Dugan, Morris Buttermaker Among Top 10 Fictional Managers Who Could Thrive as Red Sox Skipper (Photos)It has been nearly two weeks since Terry Francona left his position as Red Sox manager, and the mystery of who will take his place continues.
