Ping-Pong Playing Robots Built at China’s Zhejiang University (Video)

Remember the days of Battlebots, when people would build robots just to have them smash each other to pieces? Things have gotten a little more civil since then.

Kong and Wu are two 5-foot-3 robots equipped with cameras that allow them to track a ping-pong ball — even against a human opponent. The robots can volley the balls back with lightning-quick reaction times and the correct amount of force.
