Vince Young provided a concise explanation on Sunday for why the Tennessee Titans let him go and why he's now the backup to Michael Vick in Philadelphia.

With Vick sidelined with an injury, Young entered the game for the Eagles against the Redskins. After a short run, Young was chased to the right out of the pocket and threw an interception directly into the chest of DeAngelo Hall.

The move didn't end up hurting the Eagles in the ugly game, as the Eagles immediately intercepted Redskins quarterback Rex Grossman.

Vick returned to the game on the Eagles' ensuing possession.
