What Compensation Should Red Sox Seek in Exchange for Theo Epstein?With the only thing holding up a reported exchange of general manager Theo Epstein from the Red Sox to Cubs being negotiations regarding compensation, it's worth asking what you're hoping for.

Reports say that the Sox want a prospect (or prospects) while the Cubs were hoping to just fork over some cash to land Epstein. The Cubbies certainly have their fair share of young guns to offer, but will they ship any over? As of Friday, according to owner John Henry, the Sox were still Theo's employers, meaning there must be some serious haggling going on.
