The Knicks are returning to respectability, but at the end of the 20th century, they were the East’s best team.

In Game 5 of the 1999 NBA Final, the Knicks stripped the ball from the Spurs, Charlie Ward passed the ball ahead to Latrell Sprewell, and Sprewell finished with a thunderous two-handed dunk over Jaren Jackson.
