Terry Francona‘s eight years in Boston had plenty of highlights, and even a few lowlights, so to say his career has been interesting is an understatement.

Francona will now team up with The Boston Globe’s Dan Shaughnessy to produce a book that will give an inside look at Tito’s tenure with the Red Sox.

The book, which will be published by Boston-based Houghton Mifflin Harcourt, is expected to be “an insightful, honest and entertaining narrative.”

“We’re thrilled to publish the story of Terry Francona’s eight-year stint as manager of the Boston Red Sox,” said Gary Gentel, president of Houghton Mifflin Harcourt’s Trade Division, accordingto The Boston Glboe. “Francona was arguably the most successful manager in franchise history during one of the most storied chapters of that history. Meanwhile, Dan Shaughnessy has covered the Red Sox for more than three decades. This powerful combination is certain to craft a book that will inform and entertain any fan of baseball.”

From the World Series titles in 2004 and 2007 to the historic September collapse of 2011, it’s been a wild ride for Francona. This book might just be one Red Sox fans won’t be able to put down.
