Chances are pretty good that you’ve never heard of Alex Lyon or Jackson Teichroeb. There’s also a chance that you’ll never hear from them again.

But for a few moments on Saturday night during a regular old OSHL game, the two goalies stole the spotlight and delivered a hockey rarity — a pretty decent goalie fight.

The two combatants squared off in the middle of the ice as the main event in a line brawl between the Omaha Lancers and Lincoln Stars.

Goalie fights are usually big on anticipation and short on action, but the Lyon-Teichroeb bout does not disappoint, at least as far as goalie fights are concerned.

Of course, the battle is made even better by the congratulatory fist bump they exchange at the end of the fight.

Check out a couple of different videos of the fight below, with a stick tap going to Yahoo’s Puck Daddy for the find.
