Are Canucks Bigger Rivals for Bruins Than Canadiens This Season?Right now, which team do you hate more: the Vancouver Canucks or the Montreal Canadiens?

Probably the Canucks, right? With bad blood lingering between last year's two conference champions, the Bruins' long-standing relationship with Montreal has been put on the back burner a bit as the Habs come into town on Thursday night.

Despite the fervor and passion that came out during the first four Canadiens-Bruins games, the two teams may have cooled on each other since their last meeting last month.

Since then, Montreal has gone just 3-5-0 and is lagging in last place of the Northeast, a full 16 points behind the division-leading Bruins. New coach Randy Cunneyworth has not provided the spark that the team was looking for when it fired Jacques Martin, and the biggest news coming out of Montreal has been either Cunneyworth's lack of language skills or fights between teammates during practice.

Meanwhile, the war of words between the Canucks and the Bruins continues to simmer after Saturday's eventful game and the ensuing fallout. With the Canadiens in disarray and the Canucks possibly looming as a Stanley Cup Final opponent once again, Vancouver may have taken over the "rival" crown for the rest of this season, at least.
