The Patriots were heavy favorites in their first playoff game against the Broncos, and they'll once again bring that distinction into their AFC Championship matchup with the Ravens.

This time around, though, the spread will be a bit less, as New England opens up as a 7 1/2-point favorite against Baltimore, according to Sportsbook.com.

The Pats are coming off a 45-10 dismantling of the Broncos, while the Ravens enter the game on the heels of a 20-13 victory over the Texans.

The early over/under for the game is set at 50 1/2.
