FOXBORO, Mass. — The Patriots will conclude their bye week with a send-off rally at Gillette Stadium on Sunday, when they'll officially depart for Indianapolis.

Until then, they're starting to put together plans for their final week before the Super Bowl circus. They held a team meeting Monday to watch film of their AFC Championship victory against the Ravens and coordinate travel plans for their family members.

The players departed Monday afternoon for their last extended break of the season. They'll have Tuesday and Wednesday off before returning Thursday to Gillette to truly begin their preparations for the Giants.

The Patriots, who announced they have chosen to wear their home uniforms during the Super Bowl, will conduct a full run of practices and meetings Thursday and Friday. Saturday's schedule is still up in the air.

Per usual, the Patriots always gather at Gillette before departing for the airport, but the beginning of Sunday's journey will have a twist. Like they've done in the past for Super Bowl trips, the Patriots will invite fans to watch them pack their buses and head for the airport.

That, of course, is when the fun starts.

The Patriots will announce the final details of their send-off rally later in the week.
