Tom Brady's former quarterback coach from California, Tom Martinez, is in need of a kidney transplant. Now, it is time for Brady to help his 68-year-old mentor out.

Brady has posted the matchingdonor.com information along with a picture about how to donate a kidney for Martinez on his Facebook page, according to CBSSports.

On the picture it says: "Without Tom Martinez, Tom Brady would not have been the quarterback of the New England Patriots."

Martinez has played a huge role in Brady's quarterback abilities and has been a great mentor for No. 12 over the years. Some donors have offered to help, but were not the right match, and they are still looking for donations at this time as over 110,000 patients are watiing for an organ transplant, according to the United Network for Organ Sharing.
