Amid a busy end to the season, the Boston Celtics still find time to contribute to their community off the court.

On Tuesday, this effort manifested in a visit to the Perkins School for the Blind. Center Greg Stiemsma, guard Avery Bradley, and forward Brandon Bass all visited with students at the school and took their questions.

But this was no ordinary question-and-answer session. The players had the opportunity to learn something new as the kids asked their questions using braille, electronic note takers and tactile sign language, according to a release from the Celtics.

"This was a very educating experience for me, it was amazing to see all the different forms of communication used by these students," Stiemsma said in the release. "I enjoyed answering some of the questions the students had about reading and playing basketball."

Even with the playoffs likely in Boston's near future, their community will never be forgotten — particularly after a unique experience like this one.
