Mickael Pietrus Thanks Fans on Twitter for Support After Scary Injury Friday Night in PhiladelphiaMickael Pietrus suffered a horrific fall Friday night during the Boston Celtics' game against the Philadelphia 76ers, and was lucky to avoid serious injury.

After spending the night in Philly, Pietrus took to Twitter to let Celtics fans know that he was doing well, and was thankful for the support that he had received in wake of the fall.

Pietrus thanked all of Celtics Nation, and was complementary of the Philly medical staff. He even made sure to throw some French on the social media site, sending a tweet for his fans in France and his home island of Guadeloupe.
