The NCAA tournament opened on Tuesday night with the first of the "first four" play-in games taking place in Dayton, Ohio.

With the return of the tournament, comes the return of the ongoing debate about where priorties really lay when it comes to college athletics.

Of course, not all schools are the same, as Syracuse made news on Tuesday when it announced that center Fab Melo had been ruled ineligible for the tournament.
