Vote: Should Patriots Attempt to Trade for Tim Tebow?Peyton Manning's decision to join the Denver Broncos means that dominoes will start to fall across the league. In fact, things are already starting to work themselves out in markets like Miami and San Francisco as the Dolphins and 49ers look to move on after failed attempts to win over the star quarterback.

The biggest storyline that has and will continue to emerge from the Manning to Denver move is the future of current Broncos quarterback Tim Tebow. With Manning in place for the foreseeable future, the Broncos will now reportedly look to trade Tebow.

There have already been a handful of rumors and even more assumptions about where the southpaw will land. There are those who feel like Miami or Jacksonville could be logical destinations. ESPN's Adam Schefter added Green Bay and San Francisco as possibilities, too.

Then, there are the Patriots.

It makes sense at least in a couple of regards for the Pats to look into the deal. For starters, Tom Brady won't play forever, so maybe, New England looks at Tebow as the starter in waiting. Or, there's the school of thought that says that Bill Belichick can do something — anything — with Tebow and really get the most out of the quarterback's physical skills, whether it's at quarterback or another position.

However, for the pros, there are also some pretty large cons. First and foremost are Tebow's fundamentals. It's clear that he's not where he needs to be in order to be a consistently effective quarterback at the NFL level. Even at his best last season, Tebow proved to still have issues throwing the ball downfield, and he'll have to get that straightened out at some point. Also, teams (like the Patriots) would have to decide whether or not a player of Tebow's caliber is worth giving up a draft pick in a trade with Denver. Finally, the Patriots also already have Ryan Mallett on the roster, and while it's possible he eventually moves on to start elsewhere, the Pats could see something in the Arkansas product that leads New England to keep him in town to tak over for Brady when that time comes.

Either way, it's a fun debate to have, and it's a serious debate that many teams will have in the coming days.
