Bruins Push Toward With Playoffs With Statement Win Over Rangers in New York
The Bruins went into Madison Square Garden on Sunday night to take on the Eastern Conference's top team, playing their second game in as many days. Adding to that was the fact that the B's hadn't defeated the Rangers in their last five tries.

However, Boston was able to turn in an all-around solid effort to get out of Gotham with a 2-1 win, and perhaps even more importantly, the confidence that they can beat New York.

That type of confidence and momentum could prove large in the coming weeks, as the Bruins gear up to defend their Stanley Cup title, knowing they may very well have to go through the Blueshirts to do so.
