The Miami Heat haven fallen down to earth a little bit recently, going just 2-3 over their last five games — a streak that includes getting blown out by the Celtics on Sunday.

But that might not be team president Pat Riley's biggest concern right now.

According to TMZ, Riley is being sued by his neighbors for allegedly destroying their basement. The neighbors reportedly want Riley to pay no less than $551,000 as part of the suit.

Riley and his wife, Christine, own beachfront property in Malibu, which was reportedly overhauled with new landscaping, remodeling, terracing and a new irrigation system. However, after completion of the renovations, the Rileys' neighbors reportedly began experiencing major leakage in their basement.

TMZ reports that the neighbors allege their special "French drainage" system was collateral damage in the Rileys' project, and their basement flooded as a result of the Rileys' overhaul.

The water was likely drained out, but it looks like the neighbors are trying to drain Riley's bank account as well.
