B.J. Upton isn't exactly the model of consistency. But while he's had plenty of ups and downs over the course of his career, there's no denying the amount of talent the Rays outfielder possesses.

Upton carries a nine-game hitting streak into Sunday's series finale against the Red Sox. He's increased his season average from .262 to .303 during the streak, while elevating his on-base percentage from .726 to .827.

Upton is 3-for-9 in the series against Boston after a 1-for-4 performance on Saturday. He's also scored a run in each of his last five games.
