Kaka and Gonzalo Higuain Could Leave, Gareth Bale Could Join Real Madrid in Summer MakeoverThe La Liga title is in hand, and with no lingering cups to worry about, Real Madrid will be looking to change some odds and pieces to somehow improve what may be the best team on the planet.

There are various candidates that may come, some that may leave. Here we look at the changes most likely to come for Jose Mourinho and his men.

Outgoing

Gonzalo Higuain
The Argentine striker has gotten a lofty offer to join PSG this summer. Madrid has made it clear that it would be his choice, and that he is welcome to stay. With the starting job likely his, and a title to defend, money may not be enough to entice Higuain to leave. "El Pipe" has also been linked to Chelsea FC, and will be one of the most popular targets this summer.

Kaka
Kaka has also received ludicrous offers from PSG, and he seems like a much more likely candidate to leave. Since injury problems derailed his first seasons at Madrid, he has never found consistent minutes with the team and has always had a tenuous relationship with Mourinho. Things seem to have improved this year, but the Brazilian star may want to go somewhere where can be a starter.

Angel Di Maria
Angel Di Maria has been linked to moves to the Premier League. The Argentine winger has been having contract disputes with Real Madrid, while playing few minutes due to injury. Di Maria is undoubtedly a key part of the team, but Madrid may be willing to let him go for the right price.

Incoming

Robin Van Persie
The Arsenal forward was named the top player in the Premier League this past year, finally showing what he's capable of when not injured. Predictably he's now being linked to Real Madrid and FC Barcelona, though he's expressed interest in staying in Arsenal. The Dutch striker may end up going to the highest bidder.

Javi Martinez
The U-21 European champion has been linked to big clubs, as Athletic Bilbao has continued to excel this year. Martinez would be key in recovering the ball and moving it forward for the Madrid counterattacking style, though with his heated exchange with Ronaldo in their last match perhaps makes a move to Real Madrid seem unlikely.

Lucas Moura
The latest transfer rumor linked to Real Madrid is their interest in the Brazilian Lucas Moura. The young striker is one of the most promising talents in Brazil and, though he's pledged to stay in Sao Paolo, problems with his current coach may push him to make the leap to Europe.

Gareth Bale
The speedy Tottenham midfielder is likely to make a jump to either FC Barcelona or Real Madrid this summer. While Barcelona has been the most vocal suitor, as vocal as internet rumor mills can be, Real Madrid is emerging as a possible suitor according to Goal.com.

Raul Meireles
Mourinho has not been shy about bringing Portuguese players to Madrid. Though Fabio Coentrao and Ricardo Carvalho have not been great success, the Real Madrid manager may bring Meireles to strengthen the Madrid midfield. The move would be especially likely to add experience to the team if Kaka decides to leave to PSG.
